BFBM Educação
BFBM understands that education and qualification are continuous movements. To promote these ideals, we work on three fronts:
BFBM qualification program – We benefit 6 people/year with scholarships for master’s degrees, PhDs or specializations focused on relevant issues for the firm or its clients. The courses must be promoted by top ranked institutions, recognized in Brazil or abroad for their excellence.
BFBM in company – We offer classes, seminars, and workshops Where the speakers are senior lawyers. The idea is to encourage the exchange of knowledge and promote technical updating while valuing the academic experience and teaching talent of our professionals.
BFBM Lecture Cycles – We value social responsibility, personal development, and the well-being of our team. BFBM honors these purposes through Committees and mentoring. The objective is to bring multidisciplinary knowledge to our staff. Since the beginning of this project, we have been able to talk about multiple themes, such as postural tips, food care, financial education, sleep hygiene, wine tasting and meditation.
Estagiário ou trainee
Os estagiários são nossos futuros advogados. O programa de estágio dura até 2 anos. Ao término do estágio, o estudante não graduado poderá ser contratado como trainee. A formação como trainee seguirá até a obtenção da carteira da OAB e efetivação como advogado júnior. Os estagiários são nossos futuros advogados.
Jovem aprendiz
Comece com a gente. O BFBM, desenvolve o Programa “Jovens Aprendizes”, voltado para aqueles que desejam iniciar a vida profissional em um ambiente adequado com orientação e monitoramento. Temos vagas administrativas, de secretariado executivo e para atividades jurídicas.
