Description
BFBM is experienced in alternative dispute resolution (ADR), through self-mediation or third party mediation, especially arbitration. The firm works close to national and international Arbitration Chambers and stands out for the elaboration of contracts with arbitration / compromise clauses and in the judicial debate regarding the interpretation of those and limits on the jurisdiction of the arbitral tribunals. Thus, the BFBM also accompanies demands that discuss arbitration decisions, either to defend the fairness of the arbitration process or to remedy any irregularities found in it. Finally, we promote homologation of foreign arbitral decisions
