Description
As it is known, the decisions and actions of the Executive and Legislative Powers impact the country’s economy and business activities on a daily basis. In order to serve its clients in the best possible way, BFBM is prepared to monitor certain legislative and public policy proposals, as well as the decision-making process behind them. Such monitoring is done on a case-by-case basis, in the best interest of the client: either to justify the interpretation and application of rules (in the post-drafting) or to bring technical explanations and relevant impact studies to parliamentarians (legislative process). Institutional relations are aimed at building, strengthening and preserving the image and credibility of their customers. Government relations aim to open and maintain a healthy channel between government and accredited customers. Finally, the legislative consultancy proposes to carry information through this channel. In the scope of
legislative monitoring, we prepare drafts, veto / justification drafts and explanatory statements and participate in public hearings and consultations.
